The completed development designed by dhk Architects will incorporate commercial office blocks, private schools, a residential and leisure component with complementing lifestyle centre and a modern hospital and healthcare facility.
The first phase of the development is an 80 000 m2 (GLA) shopping mall with more than 250 shops, and is due to be completed in 2013.
