Vesteda

Vesteda develops, lets out, manages and sells homes and residential concepts. Most of the homes we develop are for our own real estate investment portfolio, which includes roughly 28,000 units with a value of approximately €5 billion. Our largest group of employees is therefore involved in letting out and managing these homes.

Vesteda focuses primarily on the higher rental sector with rental prices of €600 per month and above. We offer a comfortable and worry-free living environment with an eye for fine details and designs. The apartments and homes are located in and around the various Dutch cities.

Vesteda differentiates itself from other real estate investment firms through its far-reaching and long-term approach: project development and property management activities are not outsourced but are done in-house. Vesteda Project bv is Vesteda's in-house project development firm and as such, it generates an ongoing influx of new building projects for our investment portfolio. The Vesteda Woongaleries (gallery of home) form a network of regional offices with their own responsibility for property management, property rentals, administration and management of the housing portfolio.
