Our passion is for urban districts where people love to live - today and tomorrow. The characteristic properties in our portfolio are large-scale, centrally located development areas at top German sites. We develop these areas into districts, drive growth to urban centres and create new spaces where people can live, work and recreate.

We build the districts based on the needs of tomorrow's cities, especially in terms of urban planning structures, multi-functional usage and ecology. We aim to make every one of our newly developed projects certifiably sustainable. Arnulfpark in Munich, for example, has been executed as a sustainable development since 2003. It uses geothermal heating and cooling for buildings, incorporates large green areas and applies energy-efficiency principles to buildings.
