KONE reports net income of $844 million in 2011
KONE Corporation, a manufacturer of elevators and escalators, has reported a net income of €644.4 million ($844.4 million), or €2.51 ($3.2) per diluted share, for the fiscal year 2011, compared to €535.9 million ($702.2 million), or €2.09 ($2.7) per diluted share, for the fiscal year 2010.
