TASYAPI  was established in 1985 and with its  principles, attained a remarkable place in the Turkish economy as one of the leading  entity in construction and investment.

Since its inception, Tasyapı Contracting have completed  millions of square meters, including 9000 luxury housing units and over 1 million square meters of business centers. Since the year 2000, Taşyapı Contracting have handed over numerous projects in residences, commercial  buildings, roads, bridges and other infrastructure modules, making its presence felt in every sector of the Turkish building industry . Since 2005, TASYAPI has geared up its strategy to effect the presence in contracting projects abroad. The 40 million USD worth machine park, infrastructure and superstructural projects, paralleled with investments in  energy sector  make Taşyapı an important contributor to the Turkish economy.

Taşyapı Contracting continues  its engagement in construction and investments in the fields related to  Residential Housing and Business Centers; Health, Sports and Cultural Centers; Tourism Complexes; Highways, Intersections, Tunnels, Pipelines, Infrastructure like sewage and irrigation systems; Energy Facilities like hydro-electrical plants.

Some of the important recent project includes Mashattan, a 460.000 m² construction space where 10 blocks of 40-story high buildings are  built; Istanbul Ataköy Novus Residence, a perfect example of a luxury residence with 248 units, the Almondhill project with its 750 residential units situated in Acıbadem, an elite area on the Asian side of Istanbul and the Mecidiyeköy Business Center Project, made up of 44-story high buildings. Taşyapı does not only operate in the field of luxury housing but also has stamped its presence on the tourism industry with the two 5 star hotels  built over the years. These projects have provided Taşyapı  with ample reference to  engaged in infrastructure projects in Kazakhstan and Iraq, and has successfully handed over.

Moreover, the hydro-electric plants  built in the Mid and Eastern Anatolian Regions contributes greatly to the regions economy, along with  an investment of 1 billion USD  in the ongoing power project generates 880 megawatt.

Taşyapı has delivered projects worth  200 million USD in Turkey and abroad, and continues its work on 70 million USD  locallly and 175 million USD internationally.

Taşyapı has attained a turnover of  450 million USD in 14 months against the set target of 3 Billion USD in 7 years.

In its history of nearly quarter of a century , Taşyapı has also been able to institutionalize a consciousness in social responsibility. In this context, Taşyapı is proud to built the school buildings around the country, the childcare centers and the housing units for families of martyred military personnel. Moreover, Taşyapı supports sports and cultural activities by sponsorship.   

Taşyapı conferred with the ISO 9001: 2000 standards in all its operations. Furthermore, accreditation work in the ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems and the OHSAS 18001 Staff Health and Safety Systems are currently underway. Taşyapı has always been  upholding the responsibility towards the environment, society and its employees.
