Designing public space is an ongoing quest for harmony between the best solution for the demands of today and the ability to change.
The designers of OKRA are intrigued by this area of tension and are on a constant search for surprising solutions. Society is subject to perpetual changes. It is an essential part of our lives and of our society. This goes hand in hand with constant shifts in the spatial reflections of this society, in our physical environment. Designing the transformation of space is therefore an essential theme for a dynamic society. As landscape architects and urban and regional planners, we see this as the core of our work.
