Rabotorens jaar later opgeleverd door brand
Het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van de Rabobank in Utrecht wordt negen maanden tot een jaar later opgeleverd dan gepland. Dat komt door de grote brand in de 27 verdieping tellende Rabotorens een maand geleden. Een woordvoerster van de bank bevestigde vrijdag berichtgeving hierover van RTV Utrecht.

The brief for the extension of the existing Rabobank administrative centre included a modern office concept, sustainable architecture and a high level of transparency. At street level a covered walkway stretches along the entire length of the site, unifying the new complex with the existing buildings. The two 105 metre tall towers are placed at a slightly different angle and are enveloped by a double layered glass facade.
