A masterplan designed by LinkSignatur. The developers want to reconstruct this fjordside harbour site in to a living watercity with retail, residentials and some cultural usage. Four taller apartment buildings, two of them taller than 12 floors will be located on two smaller island surrounded by water canals. The two highrises are 15 floors and 12 floors tall in the original masterplan. However, the newest (or the oldest) renderings show two 12 floor highrises, so the tallest might have been reduced.
The project is still at a very early development stage so we can't expect to see any detailed information and renderings for the individual building in this masterplan yet.
