The four docks of Nieuwe Maas form a striking office complex that is characterized by a unique combination of materials. The use of wood, stainless steel and glass accentuate the nautical ambiance. The use of extremely large windows makes the buildings very transparent and open. The natural light contributes to a pleasant work environment and an open ambiance. Nieuwe Maas lies at the foot of the north side of the Van Brienenoord Bridge and with approximately 250,000 cars passing each day can certainly be called a location with excellent visibility.
The area combines high quality offices with facilities such as bars and restaurants, health clubs and child care. Brightness, quality of life and comfort are further underscored due to the spacious layout of the entire complex with various opportunities for outdoor relaxation. The sidewalk cafes and jetties are an essential part of the complete Nieuwe Maas experience. A unique entity is thus created centered on quality of life at work. The characteristic design of the building complex and the accessibility from the water, are in perfect keeping with the image and function of the river as commercial waterway.
