Who likes Friedrichshain districts, you'll love Richard's garden. Because its architecture clearly refers to the founding and a gorgeous mix of lush reconstruction of the Karl-Marx-Allee, which makes this region so distinctive: handsome, urbane, generous and with a fantastic view of the inner city. Equally attractive are the terraced garden area of the park-designed system: with large windows, clever cut levels and its own small garden with a sunny terrace is clearly here, at first sight, why is falling in love with the Berlin rows of townhouses.
In Richard's garden, between 45 condominiums and five townhouses are created. They fulfill their heart's desire of many in Berlin at a fair price: to stay in the middle of the city and still live in the countryside.
