A remarkable tower will rise on one of the nicest spots in Rotterdam. The site offers unique views to the Erasmus bridge and over the river Maas. The characteristic shape of the building appears different from every side and stands out in the skyline of Rotterdam, while providing a unique layout potential through the absence of a central core.
Wide at the bottom to match the existing footprint and slim at the top to prevent blocking the view of adjacent towers results in a remarkable contextual shape. Big office floors, voids, bridges and views throughout the building offer the user a lively activator for contact and internal communication. This spacious layout, together with high quality finishing, a sky lobby with roof terrace and a unique panorama-restaurant on the top level makes this a development extraordinary to Dutch standards."
