The Monroe Park is a symbiosis of history - the present, architecture and nature. As Germany's largest housing project of the Monroe Memorial Park occupiers and investors provides high tax advantages.
18,600 square meters of floor space will be increased from the spring of 2010 from the S + P Real Estate GmbH completely renovated and with a squadron of about 4,200 square meters of floor. Right next to the Monroe Park housing complex is being restored to the clock tower for commercial and residential purposes, with approximately 1,500 square feet and expanded.
If the site is the former headquarters of the Telefunken plants, built between 1937 and 1940 by the well-known for its timeless style industrial architect Hans Hertlein. 8,000 square meters have already been realized as a private school for the PHORMS AG.
