The Bauart Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG Mollstraße wants to finish her project Konigstadt Carree' near the Alexanderplatz end of next year. For approx. 70 million euros arises at Mollstrasse / Otto-Braun-Strasse, a complex of a 20-storey office building with 24,000 m² of rental space and a ten-story production, will run in the Accor group Etap hotel with 156 rooms, said construction CEO Manfred Herrmann compared THOMAS DAILY. The hotel is scheduled to open as early as May 2010. Accor has signed a lease for 20 years. The plans and designs for the ensemble come from STP construction and architects from Berlin. The project is financed by the German DKB Bank AG. Design had acquired the property in 2000 and demolished the vacant, 18-storey apartment block.
