United International has most likely been redesigned, but i will wait to update the info to things have been confirmed. Renderings of the possible new design can be found here (Skyscrapercity).

Construction of this building was put on hold in 2006, unknown reason. New developer restarted the project in 2008 under a new name and design of a much taller building than originally planned. The tower is expected to be topped out by summer 2010, with completion in late 2011.
