Part of the Cuatro Torres complex, Torre Espacio is already the most emblematic and exclusive office building in Madrid. This skyscraper, which is over 235 metres high, and has 56,250 countable square metres, 57 floors above ground level and six below ground where there is a car park with over 1,150 parking spaces. Torre Espacio has everything it needs to be considered one of the most modern office blocks in the world, with its unique design, the latest technology, the most thorough safety measures and an exceptional standard of services.
The building project was featured on the Discovery Channel's Build It Bigger series due to the skyscraper's unique form and shape. The plant is a square, that develops into an ogive.
