Torre Caja Madrid in Madrid

Torre Caja Madrid is the tallest skyscraper in Spain, and the 5th of Europe in 2009. Designed by british architect Norman Foster, is one of the Cuatro Torres complex. The plan was to install eolic generators in the upper hollow, according to Repsol's support to renewable energies, but were never installed because Repsol decided to sell the tower to Caja Madrid.
