The complex is composed by 15 buildings with 14.000 people capacity and a double glass skin, used as the Telefónica headquarters. Rafael de la Hoz describes it as an open administrative campus, with horizontality predominance, with four blocks in the corners, one of them 10 floors tall and the others just 4. The whole complex is based in enviromental sustainabilty, green spaces, natural light and a nice area for the workers.
