Rotterdam is getting it's heart back. In the new Rotterdam Central District, WeenaBLVD is arising. The new hotspot of Rotterdam City Life. 24 hours a day WeenaBLVD will be bustling with activity. Working, shopping and culture during the daytime, and when work is over residences, restaurants, bars, casino, clubs and hotel will take over.
Rotterdam Central District is the new international business district of Rotterdam. It is the only European location where the international business district, high speed public transport and the city centre are in one and the same place.
The main focus of WeenaBLVD is on commercial real estate. Large international offices from within Rotterdam, but also from outside the city, will find their new offices at WeenaBLVD. Luxury and design shops will have their own special area at WeenaBLVD. WeenaBLVD will have unique shops, never seen before in the Netherlands. Further leisure can be found in the form of a new flagship casino and a theatre. Restaurants, bars and clubs will be situated throughout WeenaBLVD. But also upscale residences, a 5 star hotel and conference facility will come to WeenaBLVD.
