3 towers, 40 floors each. A plan for the area was published decades ago but since the lot has many owners it has never came into reality. In the early 2000's, a designing contest for the towers took place, this is the design which won it.
However, the owners of the lot wanted to extend the scale of the project and therefore a new design was chosen. The project is now stuck because the residences of the nearby buildings are afraid that such a bug project will decrease the value of their properties.
