Hotel+residence. Will be the highest tower in Israel once completed.
It was supposed to be built by Trump but he sold the lot in 2006 for 44 million US$ and then the group which bought the lot from him resold it in 2007 for 80 million US$. Part of the old chocolate factory which stood on the lot was destroyed when the international financial crisis started and the project is stuck ever since.
