Currently the tallest tower in Israel- 244 meters high.
Also known as City-Gate Tower.
Most of the 68 floors of the tower are used for offices but the 12 top floors are exclusively residential. The tower includes 63,000 square meters of office space, 17,000 square meters of residential space and 1,200 square meters of public space.
The entire cost of the tower was 130 million US$ and it includes 1230 parking spaces, 98 apartments and 24 elevators. Around 5,000 people work at the tower.
