Astaþ Real Estate Investment and Tourism Incorporation, a Turkish real estate investment company, will start a new real estate project with the partnership of Armani/Casa, interior design line of Armani brand.
The new project will focus on high-end and exclusive real estate residences.
“The overall project value of the new residences is $300 million,” said Vedat Aþçý, Astaþ Real Estate chairman, speaking to journalists during a press meet in Istanbul last week.
The new residence project of Astaþ, titled “Maçka Residences Interior Design by Armani/Casa,” will consist of three buildings in the Maçka district of Istanbul. “This will be a boutique project,” said Aþçý.
“While we will construct the whole building, Armani/Casa will handle the interior design of the residences and later the management activity of the residences,” he added.
There will be 170 residences in the project, and it will be built on 7,000 square meters. The new real estate project will also have a spa, fitness facilities, shops and restaurants.
The residences will also have exclusive services, such as concierge, valet parking and exclusive transportation facilities.
The prices of the residences will be around $10,000 to $16,000 per square meter. “There will be both furnished and unfurnished apartments in the project, and the price will differ accordingly,” said Aþçý.
“With this project we will provide employment for 2,000 people,” said Aþçý, adding that the project will be completed by May 2012.
“We believe this project will not only attract Turkish investors and clients, but also international clients,” said Aþçý.
“Maçka Residences Interior Design by Armani/Casa will be our third project after Bellevue Residences and Kempinski Residences Astoria. We aim to complete seven more projects within five years,” he said, adding that all real estate projects of Astaþ Real Estate Investment will focus on high-end exclusive services and building.
