Multi Vastgoed is responsible for developing the new Inverdan city centre area, including the Rustenburg Complex. This building will accommodate a six-theatre cinema complex, large-scale retail outlets, a residential block and a parking garage. The complex will also present different views to the city: typical Zaan warehouse façades on the Vaart side, with a hyper modern new building on the other and two levels of shopping. A striking residential block with a stepped gable façade will extend iconically above the enveloping city skyline. The ‘Saentoren’ and ‘Kop Noordsche Bos’ are being developed at the same time for more new shops and two floors of owner-occupied homes.
