The Copan Building (Edifício Copan) is a 140-metre, 38-storey residential building. Constructed between 1957 and 1966, the concrete structure has an estimated 1160 apartments and 5000 residents. The ground floor is home to 70 businesses and establishments including, but not limited to, a church, a travel agency, a bookstore, and 4 restaurants. Due to the large number of residents, the São Paulo City Hall gave the building its own ZIP code (text from Wikipedia).
