The designated building areas D1]D3 according to binding land]use plan are currently occupied by the park innhighrisebuilding with its extended plinth zone. The urban design contracts between the Federal State of Berlin and the Developer provide for three tower blocks to be erected on the site, solitaires of 150 m in height and with a 35 m high plinth zone. In thefirst building phase the present plinth zone buildings will be given up in order to build blocks D1 and D3.
