Grand Alatau is a luxury residential complex located in the historic center of Astana on the embankment of the Esil River, 200 meters from a major park zone. The frameless and corner-less windows offer a panoramic view of the Left Bank's futuristic skyline and the city's most prominent landmarks such as the Emerald Quarter, Khan Shatyr, and the Pyramid of Peace and Reconciliation, among others. The complex of four buildings -- 43, 38, 28 and 20 stories each -- make a powerful architectural impact in the largely low-rise to mid-rise section of the city.
