This is an 18 fl. 64m highrise in the northern part of Linköping city core. The architect is the legendary and recently deceased british/swedish architect Ralph Erskine. He died before the tower plan were completed. The Swedish architect firm "White Arhitects" finnished the last details after the ideas of mr. Erskine.
The tower will reach it's full height in the summer of 2008, and will be completed in the spring 2009. It will host a company hotel and be an office for the real estate firm "Stångåstaden AB". The lower buildings are allready completerd an are now hosting an office for the swedish federal police; "Rikspolisstyrelesen".
The surrounding area are a marketplace for exclusive designs and furnitures.
