This concept tower inspired by Make Architects was originally intended for the Leeds International Pool site when that is relocated to south Leeds, but was not successful in getting their design onto that site.
Make are still keen to develop this tower in Leeds and are searching for a new site for developement. The proposed height of the tower is still unclear as it was originally shown to be 40 storeys, but has also been quoted as 28 storeys
