Situated on the western side of Clarence Dock, La Salle is the one block that really divides opinion. Clad in slate-grey ribbed-steel, it looks more like an office block than an apartment block, but if you're looking for acres of glass and extra-wide balconies then La Salle is THE block to choose. The large polished steel columns give the building a large overhang, so from inside the apartments it feels like you're floating on water. This is a really clever design trick and it gives La Salle a distinct advantage over neighbouring blocks.
