Mackenzie House sits on the north-western side of Clarence Dock, and with a wide water frontage it's one of the development's most popular blocks. There are three sections; two low modular blocks with wide glass-fronted terraces, and one 10-storey curved tower with smaller terraces but more interesting room shapes. There are 181 apartments and all of them are well-designed with good-quality fittings.
