Located just off the riverfront, this large building is beautifully-detailed with a handsome exterior and luxurious communal spaces. The striped green cladding and wide expanses of glass make this block really stand out and the attention-to-detail is second-to-none. There are luxurious bathrooms and kitchens and generous room sizes too.
This building is the final stage of the large and succesful Brewery Wharf scheme on the south bank of the Aire in Leeds city centre.
The design and finishes are a break away from the remainder of the development, incorporating angular shapes and lines to the building's roof and plan form, and bright shades of blues and greys in the finishes.
