Groundwork preparations are underway for a new skyscraper which will contribute to the morass that is the New York skyline. Located at a junction on Park Avenue the project is imaginatively named 400 Park Avenue after its address. When complete the tower will stand at a height of 144 metres, modest by New York standards, extending over the surrounding 1930s buildings and will have a surface area of 40,000 square metres. The tower will home 436 apartments.
