TCD International (Pty) Ltd is planning the creation and development of an artifical offshore island, called Peace Island, located just off the South West coast of the Cape Privince, in Table Bay between Robben Island and Dolphin Beach.
The developers envision an economically and ecologically sustainable development in which up-scale housing, trade and tourism facilities fund and enable low cost housing and contribute to the developmental objectives of the South African Government.
