The project in Rosenkrantz gate 16-18 is an 8,900 m2 office building with seven storeys and two basement storeys. The building will be constructed in situ concrete with facades of concrete and glass. A level U1 to level 7 atrium will be built and enclosed by a glass roof built over level 7. Work will start in early January 2010 and be completed in July 2011.
