The site in question is located in what is now known as the Victoria Quarter, 3 hectares sloping down from Nelson Street toward Victoria Park, with frontages to Wellesley Street and Cook Street. The first phase, down the hill, will feature eight-storey buildings. They are not normal residential buildings nor are they normal commercial buildings, they are a bit of both which are referred to as "Apods".
