The sun rises in the east. Setting up home here means living directly by the water. With their design, the architects of Böge Lindner recall the form language of the buildings north of the Altes Hafenamt.
Living is the characteristic use of this group of buildings. Attractive floor plans create room for appealing flats and apartments of varying sizes. The area located furthest south at the Überseeallee will be operated as a Suites Hotel. All users have access to the generously dimensioned inner courtyard on the first floor. The parklike green area overlooking the Magdeburg Harbour is an island of peace and quiet.
The shops in the semi-basement pedestal are oriented towards the knowledge and entertainment sectors. Customers will feel spoilt by a large selection of books, media and services. A lounge area on the first floor completes the offering.
