The Aura is a residential skyscraper under construction in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the 3rd and final phase of a series of new condominiums near College Park in Toronto's Downtown Yonge District. It is part of the Residences of College Park project. Construction began in April 2010.
The design has been revamped, combining both towers into a much taller single tower. It is now planned to be a single tower that is 266m tall.
The 75-storey Aura will be approximately 266 m (873,5 ft) tall along with a total floor area of 107,554 m², which will make it Canada's tallest and largest condominium. The proposal calls for a semi-transparent metal and concrete tower.
Aura will be the tallest residential building in Canada once completed, and will be one of the tallest buildings in the city.
