India Tower (previously known as Park Hyatt Tower; also known as Dynamix Balwas Tower or DB Tower) is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra State, India. In January 2010, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation gave the official go ahead for its construction on a site located at Charni Road, Marine Lines, just north of the city's historical district.
It was promoted by the Dynamix Balwas realtor group and the architect was B. S. Joshi. Since its first proposal in 2008, it had undergone several design and name changes. According to the designers, India Tower will be the greenest skyscraper in the entire country, boasting rainwater harvesting, green materials, and a possible US LEED Gold rating.
