This is a major mixed-use scheme planned for Croydon. Tower 1 is 100m and contains hotel/residential space, while tower 2 is 160m and will contain residential/office space. If built, it would be one of the tallest buildings in South London. Originally submitted for planning in 2008, this has now gone back to the pre-planning/consultation stage.
