From strategic building orientation to a high performance building envelope, Callison’s design minimizes energy consumption while providing optimal comfort for residents, office workers and visitors. A copper roof plane wraps the office and residential buildings, bringing filtered light and screening for residential balconies. The office building features flexible floor plates to maximize leasing options for a variety of tenants.
