On the area of former Cartotecnica company at Korfantego St. Swedish developer Reinhold is realising its A-class office complex. The first stage was realized in years 2008-2010 and includes two 4-storey office buildings in adapted buildings of Cartotecnica. As for now, the major tenant is PKP Cargo company, which leases 80 percent of the actual office space. Next stages predict construction of 3 mid-rise (each one will include 15 storeys) skyscrapers. Those buildings will be realized till 2014, according to developer. That year, the complex will reach its maximal planned office space: 45 thousands square meters.
