Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 in Warsaw

Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 is located in the center of Warsaw, at Twarda Street, adjacent to the urban fabric of Grzybowski Square, approximately 500 meters from the Palace of Culture and Science. For this unique project, Hines held a competition and selected the design concept developed by the world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn, owner of the Murphy/Jahn design studio. The 160-meter high-rise residential tower, with total of over 30.000 square meters of usable area, will include a first-class hotel within the lower levels and parking for over 230 cars within the underground levels. A stand-alone office situated in the low-rise building, connected to the podium through a pergola, completes the project's street frontage.
