Multi Vastgoed will be redeveloping the area between Spoorstraat and Vredebest in Gouda. Thanks to its position, this southern station area has a great deal of potential to become a top shopping location in future. The development of the site will create room for larger shops that satisfy the requirements of national chain stores. Space will also be created for small-scale shops. This will allow Gouda to further strengthen and consolidate its position as a key shopping city in the region. The southern station area is part of the Spoorzone project and forms the entrance to the historic city centre from the station.
