Cristobal added this project

450 Lexington Avenue in New York City

Purchased in 2006 by Istithmar, an investment firm belonging to the royal family of Dubai, for $600 million.

Built over an old landmarked post office (Warren & Wetmore with Reed & Stem, 1906-1909) which is located over railroad tracks feeding Grand Central Terminal.

The building is clad in Sardinian gray granite and features a repeating diamond motif that highlights the building setbacks and its crown.
