In the district of Charlottenburg, in the heart of Berlin City-West, a house emerges as corner building at the intersection of Dahlmannstraße with Sybelstraße. The striking new building blends in harmoniously with its fine-structured and elegant facades with the historically developed grunderzeit accommodations.
The materials used are carefully coordinated: a combination of natural stone, mineral plaster and noble detailed castle grounds. It outweigh bright, friendly nature sounds.
The house is designed with 32 apartments in a size of three to five rooms, all with balconies or terraces. The five penthouse units are planned as a two-story duplexes with galleries, air spaces and oversized roof terraces. start of construction is april 2011.
