The tower will hold a milestone in Tel Avivian Skyscrapers History, as the first oval tower and the first office skyscraper with an oblique roof.
The pinnacle will have a strong visual effect, with an oblique roof cut and a rising oval element in the center.
Originally planned as a 19-storey tower, the building's height was increased by an additional six floors midway through construction.
The diagonal pinnacle encloses a mechanical floor.
