The Tower in Tel Aviv

The vertical white stripes at the corners were cleaned and polished at the end of 2003, after having lost lots of their appeal due to grime and soot that piled up over the years.
Serves home to the German, Spanish, Irish and Portugese embassies in Israel.
"Atarim Shel Ra" from 1989, by the local artist Dov Orner, stands on the building's elevated plaza. This stainless steel sculpture makes use of solar energy to circulate water inside of it.
The Tower Gallery reserves much the main lobby's space for permanent and rotating exhibits, and are free of charge to the general public.
