Paragon won the opportunity to design the new Alexander Forbes head office campus in Sandton in the face of intense competition from competing developer-led teams, at the height of the local building recession in late 2010. The structural and shell development are carried out by Paragon Architects, while space planning, interior design and implementation is being carried out by Paragon Interface.
This is the first project in our office to be registered to be accredited by the GBCSA as a 4-star ‘Green Star’ rated building.
