Very nice project! I like the fact that the ceilings are this high. This reminds me of old factory buildings. Also the car elevator with indoorparking is a great idea.

200 11th Avenue in New York City

The New York 200 Eleventh Avenue condo project represents a significant moment in architecture and design, with the synthesis of context, shape, dimension, craft and feeling. Inspired by neighboring industrial lofts, the concepts of Erwin Hauer and structural forms found in nature, the New York real estate pre-construction 200 11th Ave condo homes building was designed “in context” and creates a dialogue with its immediate surroundings. The materials used in the construction of the 200 Eleventh Ave New York City apartments includes: cast gunmetal glazed terra cotta defines the base of the 200 Eleventh Avenue, adding factility and warmth at the street level. Sculptural stainless steel was custom formed by A. Zahner Company. The durable material takes an organic curves while reflecting the area’s industrial past in the New York 200 Eleventh Ave condominium residences. Selldorf Architects collaborated with Kansas City, Missouri-based A Zahner Company to produce the magnificent 200 Eleventh Avenue’s durable stainless steel exterior skin. A. Zahner Company has led the innovative New York City apartments development of architectural metal finishes for well over a hundred years, and has fabricated projects for Gehry Partners, Zaha Hadid and Tadao Ando. The craftsman quality metal exterior of the pre-construction New York City apartments at 200 Eleventh Avenue was expertly formed to exacting customized specifications, resulting in a uniquely functional and sculptural façade.
