Cztery Wieże is an unprecedented bold investment in Silesia right at the General Jerzy Ziętek Silesian Culture and Recreation Park, modernising the urban space and being a forerunner sign in the city structure of Katowice.

Cztery wieże is a group of four 17-level residential buildings embedded on a common 3-level plinth being a uniform base of the installation, which will host commercial, service, restaurant and office premises. The innovative investment will be supplemented with parking lots for more than 600 cars.

Totally all residential buildings will contain over 300 bright and functional flats and apartments of the areas from 25 to 85 m2. Each of the premises will have a balcony and some of them also patios of the area of up to 50 m2. From upper floors beautiful views on the Silesian Culture and Recreation Park will be enjoyed.

An additional asset of the new investment is excellent commercial and service infrastructure as well as numerous kindergartens, school, health centres.

The triple storey base (with underground level) is as much as 14,000 m2 of commercial area for services, trade, restaurants, offices etc. The size of the areas that the client will want to arrange for their use will depend on themselves.
